Nature and Price of the Service

The scope and current price (VAT included) of the digital service to be purchased are shown on the order/payment screen and in the pricing section on the home page. All taxes are included in the price.

Payment and Performance

Payment is collected in a single transaction via virtual POS. The service is performed instantly in electronic form after payment approval (digital access is granted immediately).

Absence of the Right of Withdrawal

As the service is a digital service whose performance begins immediately with the Buyer's express consent, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation. The Buyer expressly accepts this at the payment step.

Subscription Period

Subscriptions are valid for the period stated on the home page (e.g. monthly). There is no automatic renewal; access closes at the end of the period, and a new payment is required for a new term.
