Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Nature of the Service

The service provided is digital and is performed instantly in electronic form after payment approval.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital services whose performance begins immediately with the Buyer's express consent and which are delivered instantly in electronic form. Therefore, the fee for the performed service is non-refundable.

Subscription and Renewal

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Access closes at the end of the period; a Buyer wishing to continue makes a new payment for the new term. No refund is made for unused portions before the period ends.

Technical Errors

In case of technical payment errors such as double charges or incorrect amounts, the relevant amount is reviewed and corrected/refunded. For such requests, contact us at yzsyazilim@gmail.com.
