Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement has been established between the parties below in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
1. Parties

Buyer: The user who purchases the service and whose information is collected during payment.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the provision of the digital service ordered electronically by the Buyer via https://yzs.com.tr.
3. Service and Price
The purchased service and its current price (VAT included) are stated on the order/payment screen and in the pricing section on the website's home page. The Buyer clearly sees and approves the price before payment.
4. Payment
Payment is collected via the bank/virtual POS infrastructure. Card details are not stored by the Seller.
5. Performance (Delivery)
The service is digital and is performed instantly in electronic form upon payment approval; access is granted to the Buyer's account immediately. There is no physical delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal
As the service is a digital service whose performance begins immediately with the Buyer's express consent and which is delivered instantly in electronic form, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The Buyer expressly accepts this during payment.
7. Disputes
The Buyer may submit complaints and objections through the Seller's contact channels; for disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the applicable monetary limits.
8. Entry into Force
The agreement enters into force upon the Buyer's electronic approval.
